Ky-Mani
Ky-Mani Marley, one of the richest and most famous Reggae artists was born on February 26, 1976 in Falmouth Jamaica. He was in Shottas a film that has become a legend with Wyclef. Ky-Mani enlisted Shang Records where he recorded his debut album in 1996 Like Father Like Son and several singles: Judge Not with Patra followed by Dear Dad" (which topped the British reggae charts) Who The Cap Does It (remix) as well as Sensimelia all of which added to his growing reputation in the new wave of reggae artists. Ky-Mani collaborated with Praswell of Fugees on Avenue in 1997. It was a hugely popular cover of Eddy Grant's Electric Avenue. Marley appeared at Midem (international music festival) in the year it was held at Miami in the very first time. The performance of Marley at the Cameo Theatre was broadcast live across 36 countries via Caribbean News Agency. Marley was engaged in a bidding war. In 1997, Marley was signed to Gee Street/V2 Records, and also completed the project in con
